These Terms are not a contract for services. Any engagement between IGA and a client is governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the services agreement prevails.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Skopje, North Macedonia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
Consumers in the EU and the UK: if you use the Site as a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law so allows.
