• Engineers who have owned something end to end, not just tickets.
• Comfort working directly with a client team in CET hours.
• English good enough for a design discussion, not just standups.

What happens next

We read everything. If a role is open that fits, you will hear from us within a week. Otherwise we keep your details for 12 months and get in touch when one opens — you can ask us to delete them at any time.
