This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit igaconsulting.com, contact us through the site, or otherwise engage with our content. It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“EU GDPR”), the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (together “UK GDPR”), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and its UK equivalent (PECR), and the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you give us:
If you email us directly at info@igaconsulting.com or book a call, we collect whatever information you choose to share in that exchange.
If you apply for a role through our Careers pages, we collect your name, email address, phone number, links you provide (such as LinkedIn or GitHub), years of experience, anything you write in the message field, and your CV, including whatever personal data it contains.
We use this to assess your application, on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in recruitment (Art. 6(1)(f)). Applications and CVs are stored privately and are accessible only to IGA staff involved in hiring. We keep them for 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing info@igaconsulting.com.
Please do not include special-category data in your CV (for example health, religion, or trade-union membership). We do not ask for it and do not need it.
If you request a gated resource such as the IGA Benchmark Report, we collect your name, work email, job title and company name, and record which resource you requested and when you downloaded it. We use this to deliver the resource and to follow up about related services, on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in business development. You may object at any time.
If you request a seat at an IGA roundtable or event, we collect your first and last name, work email, company, role, your LinkedIn profile if you provide it, your description of the decision you are working through, and how you reached the page (for example the campaign link you followed). We use this to review your request, manage the attendee mix, and send you operational communication about that event, on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in running it (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). Registering does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing. We keep registration records for up to 24 months.
